Incredible Collection of '15' Mico Monkey Masks from Guatemala

Collection of early 20th century Guatemalan 'mico' and 'monkey' masks - used in the 'Costeño' and 'Baile de los Animales' Dances, circa 1930s and 1940s. These were all part of the Gordon Frost Collection. Frost wrote and documented the masks in Guatemalan culture. And wrote one of the most respected books on the subject. The measure from 8" x 6".
